After a distinguished career in the corporate world, Carol Elzain stepped away from corporate life to spend time raising her two children. What began as a personal search for exceptional beauty treatments quickly revealed a disappointing reality — the level of precision, hygiene and luxury she expected simply did not exist.

Determined to create the experience she believed clients deserved, Carol founded Posh N Polished — a boutique beauty destination built on uncompromising standards and meticulous attention to detail.

A self-confessed perfectionist, Carol approached building her team with the same discipline she brought to her corporate career. She personally interviewed more than 200 applicants, ultimately selecting only five elite technicians who met her exacting standards of craftsmanship, professionalism and client care.

Today, Posh N Polished has become synonymous with precision, luxury and an elevated beauty experience — a reflection of Carol’s belief that every detail matters, and that true luxury lies in exceptional standards delivered flawlessly.
